BERRIEW Football Club hosted a successful under 7/8 boys and girls mini festival on Sunday.
Twenty sides descended on Talbot Field for a successful tournament with most clubs from the area represented.
Organiser Paul Inns said: “The objective of the mini festivals is to provide an opportunity for youngsters to have fun whilst playing football.
“Pitch sizes are reduced, and teams consist of four or five players. Teams play each other on a rotational basis with matches lasting eight minutes.
“No scores are recorded and it’s all about fun.”
