Prestatyn Town 7 Llanfair Utd 0

LLANFAIR United proved no match for runaway JD Cymru North leaders Prestatyn Town who stormed to an emphatic margin of victory at Bastion Road.

The Seasiders led inside the opening five minutes with Jordan Davies releasing captain Alex Jones to net.

Dave Hayes saw an effort ruled out before Jack Kenny doubled the lead after Dan Roberts' 14th minute shot was blocked.

Kenny was joined by James Stead in testing goalkeeper Danny Foulkes but it was all over before the break when Jack Higgins nodded home.

It was all one way traffic after the interval with Stead prodding home after Davies' shot was deflected into his path.

However the Seasiders were reduced to 10 on the hour with Kenny dismissed for lashing out with his elbow before United were also dealt a blow when Gethin Jones earned a second caution and his marching orders.

Prestatyn capitalised and sealed an emphatic victory with a quickfire brace from Stead to complete his hat-trick before Davies put the finishing touches to the rout from the penalty spot at the death.
