PAUL Keddle led the way with a hat-trick as Brecon Corinthians maintained their unbeaten season with a 5-0 win over Trewern United in the third round of the Emrys Morgan Cup.

Joel Evans and Gareth Pugh goals completed the tally as the Corries marched on.

Ben Richards was also a hat-trick hero as Aberdyfi strolled to a 6-0 win at home to Bow Street Reserves with Carrigan Beeson, Tim Holt and Trystan Besent completing the rout.

Cory Davies struck twice with goals from Jake Kelly, Sam Hall and Owain Thomas completing Newcastle Emlyn’s 5-0 win at Crannog.

Elsewhere goals from Gethin Thomas, Dave Beck and Ifan Thomas earned Dewi Stars a 3-1 win at home to Aberaeron Reserves.

Sion Evans netted twice in Llanilar’s 3-1 win at home to Trefonen with Shon Morgans also on target while Graham Dyke reduced the arrears.

Penparcau Reserves sealed their progress with a 3-1 win at Ffostrasol with Jake Bush, Sam Davies and Chris Wylde earning the visitors progress.

Meanwhile a Geraint Mathias strike proved consolation as St Harmon slipped to a 3-1 defeat at home to Rhayader Town Reserves with Rhys Thomas, Gareth Hughes and Jonathan Reynolds on target for the Red Kites

Elsewhere St Dogmaels prevailed 3-0 winners at Penybont.

Bargod Rangers sealed their own progress with a 4-3 penalty shoot out win at home to Penrhyncoch Reserves after the sides played out a 2-2 draw.

Rhydian Davies and Jack Fisher struck for Rangers with Jac Barron and Tom Spruce replying for the Roosters before Bargod won on penalties.

However Maesglas’ clash with Llandysul, New Quay’s meeting with Lampeter Town and Padarn United’s tie at home to Cardigan Town were postponed and will now be re-arranged.
