LLANFAIR United were left to focus on league survival after crashing out of the cup at Llandudno.
The hosts dominated early on with Danny Hughes' shot deflected wide inside the opening 10 minutes.
Llanfair weathered the early storm and led on 34 minutes with Paul Griffiths converting a penalty following an infringement.
Llandudno rallied with Aron Hughes-Jones lashing over just before the break.
Llandudno began the second-half with intent with Hughes denied by the bar before a quickfire double from Hughes-Jones on the hour.
The home side continued to dominate and extended their lead with 20 minutes remaining with Hughes opening his account from close range.
Llandudno completed the scoring deep into injury-time with Dan Stephens scrambling home from close range to seal the hosts progress and ensure a long trip home for Llanfair.
