COBRA continue to set a hot pace in the North Wales Women’s League following a 40-0 thrashing of Abergele.
Once again Libby Jones starred with two tries and shared the plaudits with Gemma Robinson who also crossed for a brace of tries.
Further tries from Cat Davies and Fiona Moss completed the try count with Jaya Whittingham adding five conversions for the rampant visitors.
To their credit Abergele continued to attack throughout with COBRA’s latest win built on defence and line speed as their bright start to the season continued in North Wales.
COBRA are now top of the North Wales Women's League table with a game in hand over pre-season title favourites Caernarfon ahead of Sunday’s visit from Llangollen.
