THE region’s emerging stars have been taking part in the latest round of the RGC Under 14s Cup.
Welshpool took on Denbigh at Maesydre with the home side making home advantage count in a 22-12 win to seal their place in the semi-finals.
Meanwhile COBRA also sealed their progress to the second round of the cup with a comprehensive home victory over Rhyl and continued their bright start to the season with victory over Ruthin last week.
At the same time COBRA under 16s also celebrated a 26-19 victory over Ruthin in their RGC Cup pool having survived a second-half comeback.
