Penrhyncoch 2 Buckley Town 1
STEFFAN Davies starred as Penrhyncoch hit back to silence Buckley Town at Cae Baker.
The struggling Wrexham visitors led when Lewis Hone headed home a 15th minute opener.
Jonny Evans spooned over the bar from close range as Penrhyn spurned their best opening of the half five minutes later with the Stags holding firm to to their lead.
Buckley pressed for a second after the break with the hosts grateful to goalkeeper Leigh Jenkins who produced a fine save to deny Connor Littler early on.
However Penrhyn weathered the storm and left Buckley stunned as Davies netted a quickfire brace with 10 minutes remaining to stun Buckley and keep his side in the top six.
