Conwy Borough 3 Penrhyncoch 0
PENRHYNCOCH lost on the road for the first time this season as Conwy Borough eased to glory at the Morfa.
Borough dominated the game from the first whistle but struggled to break down a stubborn visiting defence which held out until the second-half.
However Penrhyn were reduced to 10 men six minutes after the break when Lance Jones lashed out at Sean McCaffrey.
The deadlock was broken on the hour with McCaffrey squaring for Craig Whelan to net.
Corrig McGonigle raced onto a long ball from goalkeeper Ben Heald to double the lead on 71 minutes before completing his brace from the penalty spot five minutes later to complete a miserable day for the Roosters.
PENRHYNCOCH: Jenkins, T Evans, Pemberthy, O James, Foligno, S James, Pugh-Jones, L Jones, Davies (Meredith 83), Lewis, Burrel. Subs: Gittins, Rees, Thomas.
