Tries from Nick Morris, Max Cadwallader, Kieron Evans, Ryan Goodwin and Drew Evans with a brace of conversions from Dylan Walton edged the spoils for Pool.
Abergele replied with two tries and penalties from Owain Davies along with one try from Chris Marsh and a brace of conversions from Mark Benton.
