Bro Ffestiniog 15 COBRA 7
COBRA ended second best at Bro Ffestiniog on a difficult day for rugby.
An error strewn match was played out in atrocious conditions with the hosts first to settle and lead when wing Steffan Rhys crashed over after 15 minutes.
However COBRA pressure led to the hosts conceding a penalty try with Martin Williams sent to the sin bin.
However Bro regained their lead just before the break with Ian Roberts crashing over and Aron Aspden converted the extras.
Aspden added a second-half penalty and despite pressure the Mid Wales side were unable to force a route back into the game and left Gwynedd empty handed.
COBRA: B Edwards, Isaac, H Jones, Bright, R Evans, B Roberts, Morris, Jukes, B Davies, Worthington, E Davies, Vaughan, Humphreys, White, R Jones. Reps - Robinson, Smith, Launder, R Jones, Williams.
