CAERSWS claimed the midweek derby spoils with a 3-1 win at home to Carno in MMP-NL Mid Wales League One on Tuesday night.
Goals from Elliot Jones, Craig Harris and Jamie Hyne won the day with Richie Evans netting a consolation for Carno.
Meanwhile Niall Coleridge struck twice as Llanidloes Town overcame Kerry 5-2 at Victoria Avenue to remain the pacesetters.
New signing Jack Biggs was joined by Dafydd Carruthers and Connor Bird in completing the tally with Max McLoughlin and Ben Hendleman reducing the arrears.
Llansantffraid hit back for a point at home to Four Crosses with goals from Rob Carruthers and Wayne Austin cancelling goals from Olly Powell and Jamie Evans.
Welshpool Town toasted a 4-2 win at home to Tywyn Bryncrug with Ricky Litchfield netting twice while Ed Baker and Ian Probert completed the scoring to cancel a brace from Aled Jones.
