THREE Mid Wales players have been selected for the Welsh women’s international rugby camp later this month.
Welshpool’s Grace Johns, now of Caernarfon, will be joined by COBRA duo Libby Jones and Catrin Davies at the training camp to be held at Par Eirias in Colwyn Bay.
The news follows further regional recognition for Mid Wales players.
Last week Newtown’s Tom Parry and Cai Herdman were joined by COBRA’s Rhys Jones in representing RGC Under 18s in a 19-14 defeat against Llanelli Scarlets.
Meanwhile Newtown trio Callum Morgan, Tom Jarman and Harvey George represented RGC under 16s in a 55-12 victory over Newport Gwent Dragons
