ANDREW Jones led by example as Llanidloes eased to a 46 run win at home to Quayside to remain in title contention.

Jones (64) top scored for the hosts with support from Ethan Owen (28) and Lewis Swallow (28) before Harry Turner (14no) guided Llanidloes to 176-7 to defend.

Matthew Harris (3-26) and Neil Bradshaw (2-50) led the Quayside attack.

Russell Swallow (1-28) caught and bowled Chris Hurst for a top scoring 40 in reply while Eogan Jones (2-13) included Jamie White (28) in his haul before Clive Jones (2-24) struck to leave Quayside on 130-7 at the end of play.
