BUILTH Wells head into the season as Powys’ top club.
However the Bulls aim to underline their status with promotion from division two south west central this season.
Coaches Ben Duggan and Rob Lloyd have set their squad the target.
Arriving at the Groe is Ryan Beehan from Rhayader and Brecon’s Mike Powell while also re-uniting the Barrett brothers, Seb and Joe.
However departing for pastures new are Aiden Luxton, Lewis Bowen and Luke Jones.
