Elsewhere Churchstoke host Berriew while Four Crosses welcome Tywyn Bryncrug to Foxon Manor.
Bow Street entertain Rhayader Town while Machynlleth will bid to cause a shock at home to Radnor Valley.
Presteigne have home advantage against former trophy winners Caersws while Penparcau take on Montgomery Town ay Min-Y-Ddol.
Meanwhile Llandrindod Wells face a trip into the unknown with a journey to South Wales League Two side Aberdare Town.
All ties take place on Saturday, September 14.
