Carno ended their pre-season with a 2-1 win at Wrexham League side Llanuwchllyn with Josh Matthews and Andy Evans netting.

Meanwhile Tywyn Bryncrug lost 4-1 at Welsh Alliance side Blaenau Ffestiniog with Nick Williams netting a consolation.

Radnor Valley proved too strong for Herefordshire League side Wellington with Ieaun Price and Callum Williams each netting twice in a 6-2 win while Callum Matthews and Elliot Morris completed the scoring

Caersws proved too strong for Abermule with goals from James Coleman, Sam Barker and Rhys Hesden earning the young Bluebirds a 3-1 win.

Elsewhere Llanidloes Town eased to a 6-2 win at home to Machynlleth with Adrian Foulkes and Josh Hartrick completing doubles and George Clarke and Ashley Owen also on target while the visitors replied through Paul Jones and Jac Petrie.

Waterloo Rovers edged a 3-2 win at home to cross town rivals Welshpool Town who stayed in contention through Will Thomas’ double.

Meanwhile Barry Haralambous bagged Trewern’s consolation in a 4-1 defeat at home to Shropshire Premier League side Gobowen Celtic.

Meanwhile Presteigne pipped Newtown Wanderers 3-2 at Llanandras Park while Maesyrhandir battled to a 2-1 win at Kerry Reserves with goals from Connor Stacey and Dray Rogers.
