The home club is well represented in the Welsh squad with Caroline Taylor, Bryony Wilson and Emma Gittins included while Llandrindod Wells’ Wendy Price completes Powys interest in the women’s squad.

Llandeilo’s Sarah Nicholls and Bethan Russ of Port Talbot complete the Welsh women’s line-up.

Sam Roff and Luke Harwood of Llandrindod Wells are joined by Machynlleth’s Nigel Fleming and Andrew Fleming in the men’s squad.

Montgomery’s Mark Weaver and Mark Jones of Newtown will also be in action with the men’s squad completed by Cardigan’s Kevin James and Lee Daniels of Pontrhydyfen.

A bumper crowd is expected for the match which will pit the Welsh against their Antipodean rivals who are touring as part of their Commonwealth Games preparations.
