RUSSELL Swallow claimed five wickets as Llanidloes maintained their division seven title charge with an eight wicket win at home to Shifnal IVs.
Swallow (5-22) included opener Dave Brammer for a top scoring 33 with Adrian Foulkes (4-14) and Ioan Swallow (1-14) playing key roles in skittling Shifnal for 74.
William Denham (34) and Andrew Jones (21) formed a strong opening wicket stand to put Llanidloes within sight of their target in reply.
Lewis Swallow (6no) and Dave Moody (4no) finished the job with an unbroken third wicket stand to guide Llanidloes to 77-2 and glory in the 14th over.
