CARNO have completed the signing of Joseph Bell from MMP-NL Mid Wales League Two side Machynlleth.
The 25 year old midfielder becomes the MMP-NL Mid Wales League One side’s first signing of the summer as manager Chris Davies bids to bolster his ranks.
