MORE than 600 children from the length and breadth of Powys descended on Caersws Football Club for its end of season tournament.
The two day festival saw sides from under six to under 14 age categories taking part in boys and girls competitions with a high quality of football throughout.
Organiser Carl Lewis said: “A massive thanks to all coaches and volunteers, from the parking attendants and cabin crew to the raffle sellers. Everyone helped put Caersws on the map on a great weekend for the club.”
Sunday also saw the end of season cups for the girls football season with Caersws winning the under 14s and Llanidloes Town winning the under 12s title.
