NEWTOWN Swimming Club stars made a splash for charity at Maldwyn Leisure Centre last month.
The club is currently thriving with a growing membership and a host of new PBs and medals set and gained at events across North Wales.
Swimmers took to their home pool as part of its partnership with Newtown Rotary Club to raise money through a sponsored swimathon.
A total of 27 swimmers aged between seven and 15 swam in relay style with 436 lengths completed in 30 minutes.
The proceeds will be divided between the club and also homeless charities in Wales and water projects in Africa.
Further details about Newtown Swimming Club are available at Maldwyn Leisure Centre in Newtown with all new members welcome to training sessions.
