ALAN Williams opened the summer season on a high with 37 points clinching the Waggon Cup.
Connor Owen led the challenge in second place with 35 points.
Meanwhile Benny Rimmer brought the curtain down on the seniors’ winter programme with his 35 points sealing glory in the final league match of the season.
John Latham ended second having lost out on the countback with Gareth Owen a point adrift in third with 34 points with overall glory belonging to Gwyn Griffiths who received his trophy from sponsor Gerard Wilkinson following a superb season.
Meanwhile this Saturday sees the Club Medal Trophy take centre stage with tee-off times at 9am and 1pm.

CHRIS Wilkinson won the weekend nine hole stableford with 15 points.
Meanwhile Diana Chadwick pipped Pam Larby to second spot with both ending on 14 points.
