Penrhyncoch 0 Airbus UK 2
PENRHYNCOCH slipped further into the relegation mire with defeat at the hands of Welsh Premier bound Airbus UK Broughton.
The Wingmakers led inside the opening five minutes with Nathan Woolfe slotting home following neat build up play on the edge of the area.
Penrhyn were left with a mountain to climb when Asa Hamilton's neat chip into the home goalmouth released Lewis Buckley to nod past goalkeeper Lee Jenkins on 32 minutes.
The hosts were much improved after the break but despite possession struggled to test a well drilled Airbus defence as the visitors departed nine points clear at the top while hammering a nail in Penrhyn's relegation coffin.
PENRHYNCOCH: Jenkins, T Evans, C Davies (O James 65), S James, Foligno, Corbisiero, Rimmer, Shaw, J Evans, S Davies, Lewis (Sherbon 80). Sub: Meredith.
