FORMER Newtown striker Jason Oswell has joined National League side Wrexham.
The 26 year old was convinced to trade English Football League Two side Morecambe to step down to National Trophy promotion chasers Wrexham.
Oswell has agreed an 18 month deal with the Racecourse Ground club.
Meanwhile Wrexham Football Club is being investigated by North Wales Police after allegations of “racist and other unacceptable behaviour” by several of their fans during the club’s defeat at home to Dover Athletic last week which dented their promotion bid.
