Thomas led the spree with four goals while Josh Morgan completed the Lillies tally with Matt Mumford and Max McLaughlin on target for the Lambs.
Elsewhere goals from Dan James and Ifan Burrell earned Aberaeron a hard fought 2-0 win at home to Builth Wells.
Meanwhile Llanidloes Town missed the chance to go level at the top with a goalless draw at home to Llandrindod Wells.
Radnor Valley also spurned a chance to go top of the table with goals from Owen Roberts-Young, Tom Wyn and Tom Williams sealing Bow Street a 3-2 win at School Lane with the Goats always in contention with replies from Ieuan Price and Craig Piggott.
Elsewhere a Charlie Proctor double earned Waterloo Rovers the spoils in a 2-1 at home to Montgomery Town in the only match of the second division with Sam Williams netting for the Canaries.
