KARL Seliaerts proved Llanfair United’s Welsh Trophy hero with both goals as his side hit back to prevail 2-1 winners at Caersws.
Aled Jones had given the Bluebirds the lead with a 25 yard strike in the fourth minute before Seliaerts levelled on the stroke of half-time after turning home a Tom Gregory cross.
Seliaerts completed his brace with seven minutes remaining by converting Toby Jones’ cross as Llanfair claimed a place in the fourth round.
Berriew also progressed to the last 32 with goals from Joe Haycock and Ishmael Ozdemir sealing a 2-0 win at Carno.
Tom Wyn netted twice as Bow Street returned from Churchstoke 2-1 winners with Reece Benson replying for the Marketmen.
Four Crosses also progressed to the next round with goals from Harry Davies, Josh Thomas, Paul Bache, Aaron Thorpe and Ollie Jones earning the villagers a 5-0 win over Machynlleth.
Elsewhere a solitary strike from Jordan Prosser earned Ynystawe Athletic of the the Swansea League a 1-0 win at home to Llanidloes Town.
