Airbus UK 2 Penrhyncoch 0
PENRHYNCOCH failed to prevent unbeaten league leaders maintain their early season ascent.
Brady McGilloway followed up to steer home Joe Chaplin’s shot spilled by goalkeeper Oliver Farebrother to give the Wingmakers a 10th minute lead.
Josh Shaw twice went close for the Roosters while Penrhyn came close to levelling when Jon Foligno tested home goalkeeper Dave Roberts on the strike of half-time.
Airbus doubled their lead early in the second-half with Leo Riley curling home a 20 yard free-kick.
Both sides enjoyed spells of possession with hosts going closest to adding to their lead only for Farebrother to deny Chaplin on the hour.
Airbus ended the game on top with James Hooper firing over before Joe Palmer’s shot was blocked on the line by Sion James.
