BERRIEW maintained their unbeaten start to the MMP-NL Mid Wales League One season with a 4-2 win at Carno on Tuesday.
Charlie Humphreys led the Rhiewsiders to glory with a brace and was joined on the scoresheet by Richard Davies and Tom Williams with the home side remaining in contention through Joe Morris’ double.
Radnor Valley also remain unbeaten with the Goats celebrating a 2-1 win at newly promoted Builth Wells.
Joey Price and Callum Matthews both struck for Valley while Mark Jones reduced the arrears for the hosts.
Connor Bird maintained his electric start to the campaign with a hat-trick against his former club as Llanidloes Town ran out 5-0 winners at Knighton Town.
Peter Rees and George Clarke strikes completed a comfortable victory for the unbeaten Daffodils.
Meanwhile Alex Cookson celebrated his first victory as manager of Kerry who prevailed 3-0 winners at home to Churchstoke.
Luke Mumford led the scoring with a brace with Jordan Dean completing the scoring with a long distance wonder strike.
