Lufumpa Mwandwe has committed to Newtown for another season.
NEWTOWN have stepped up their preparations for the Europe and the forthcoming JD Cymru Premier campaign.
Defender Shane Sutton and midfielder Jake Walker became the first players to commit by penning contract extensions.
Defender Kieran Mills-Evans and winger Lufumpa Mwandwe have also committed for another season as manager Chris Hughes bids to secure his squad ahead of the new campaign.
Meanwhile defender Callum Roberts and midfielder Nick Rushton also agreed new deals today (Thursday) as the Robins look to step up their preparations for the new season.
Newtown open their pre-season on June 10 when JD Cymru North Gresford Athletic visit Latham Park.
