CARRIE Jones has been included in the Welsh squad for this month's 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup qualifiers.
The Newtown and Manchester United star forms part of a 26 player squad which will take on Kazakhstan in Llanelli on September 17 before travelling to Estonia on Tuesday, September 21
Gemma Grainger has announced a 26-player squad for Cymru’s opening matches of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifying campaign against Kazakhstan and Estonia.
Liverpool's Ceri Holland, who qualifies for Wales through her Llanfyllin-born mother, has also been selected.
Meanwhile Manchester City's Maria Francis-Jones who hails from Llanidloes will represent Wales in the under 19s double header against Northern Ireland at Wrexham's Colliers Park.
