Staff at a GP surgery have pleaded for kindness after being subjected to abuse from people they are trying to help.
Bishop's Castle Medical Practice issued a statement on Monday (June 21) after a rise in the number of negative comments and abuse faced by its health workers.
"This is not acceptable behaviour and is having big impact on the wellbeing of the staff. Nobody deserves to be shouted at or abused for doing their job," the practice said.
It follows last week's statement from Welshpool Medical Practice that everyday staff have been verbally abused by patients.
