One person was taken to hospital after a crash on the A458 between Llanfair Caereinion and Llangadfan on Monday morning, police have confirmed.
Dyfed-Powys Police received a report of a single-vehicle collision on the A458 at around 7 am on July 13.
The road was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident, with officers urging motorists to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
Police said one person was taken to hospital for medical attention.
No further details about their condition have been released.

The road remained closed while debris was cleared and the vehicle was recovered before reopening at around 9am.
Traffic monitoring service Inrix reported shortly after 8.30am that the incident had been cleared and conditions were returning to normal.
Police later confirmed on social media that the route had reopened, thanking motorists for their patience.
