A Welsh trunk road has reopened after a 'serious collision' in Powys on Saturday afternoon.
The A40 was closed in both directions between Trecastle and Sennybridge shortly before 4pm following the crash.
At the time, Traffic Wales North & Mid said the road was expected to be closed for some time.

They also asked motorists to avoid the area.
They said: "Road closed due to serious collision, we expect the road to be closed for some time, please avoid the area."
They gave a further update at 6.45am this morning (Sunday, July 12) to confirm the road has reopened.
