A trailer being towed by a car became detached and collided with a van near Caersws on Thursday evening.
Dyfed-Powys Police said they received a report of a two-vehicle road traffic collision near the level crossing on the A489 at around 6.30pm on March 26.
During the incident, the trailer being pulled by one of the cars separated from the vehicle and struck a van travelling nearby.

Officers attended the scene to ensure the safety of motorists and to manage traffic while the vehicles were recovered.
Both the trailer and the van were cleared from the road by 8.20pm, allowing traffic to return to normal.
Lloyds Coaches informed passengers on Thursday evening that its X85 bus service between Newtown and Machynlleth would be affected by a “small delay” while the recovery took place near the level crossing.
