- Politicians, emergency services and members of the public are reacting to a collision between two trains in north Powys.
- One person died as a result of the crash, making it the first fatal incident on a British railway for over four years, while a further 15 were taken to hospital.
- The collision, which took place near Llanbrynmair on Monday, October 21, involved the Transport for Wales 6.31pm service from Shrewsbury to Aberystwyth and the Transport for Wales 7.09pm service from Machynlleth to Shrewsbury.
