The event has been carefully and thoughtfully planned out to minimise any disruption, but prior to the event Beicio Cymru want to point out some important points about the supporting volunteers and convoy which will be present with the event.

This event has been reviewed and approved by Dyfed-Powys Police. It will operate with trained marshals. SAS marshals have the power to stop and direct traffic and stop pedestrians while the race is underway. They are there to ensure the safety of the participants, volunteers, and the public.

There are two types of marshal. Static marshals who man fixed static point and moto-marshals who are dynamic marshals who travel between points on a motorcycle. All marshals will be in approved hi-vis uniform and if you are stopped by a marshal, please co-operate with them.
