HILLS, from Powys the previous winner of the National Burger Awards, will once more heat up their grills for the formidable Champion of Champions event.
Set to take place September 3, the special contest marks the 10th anniversary of the National Burger Awards and brings together 30 past winners for an epic cook-off in London.
The vendors include the likes of two-time winners Bleecker and El Perro Negro, Danny’s Burgers and The Beefy Boys.
The line-up of former glory holders will also see former burger businesses like Cut + Grind, Bun Club and the team behind Mac & Wild briefly relaunch for the one-day showdown.
Unlike previous years, this year's Champion of Champions cook-off will focus solely on the signature burgers from each venue.
This means that everything rests on the quality, taste, and uniqueness of one recipe alone.

Over the past 10 years, the National Burger Awards have crowned winners in three different categories – the Plant-Based Burger of the Year, Burger Chef of the Year, and the big one, National Burger of the Year.
Among the competitors are 26 victors from these rounds, dating back to 2015, who will return to the capital to cook off against each other at Big Penny Social.
Adding an interesting twist this year is the inclusion of a Wild Card round, featuring four chefs who scored highly in previous finals.
These contenders include MEATliquor, Lagom, Nanny Bill’s and Cubitt House.
Genna Ash-Brown, editor of Dine Out magazine, who hosts the event, said: "We had to do something to celebrate the National Burger Awards’ 10th birthday.
"But, wow, are we excited about how the Champion of Champions has come together.
"If you’ve ever attended a National Burger Awards final, you’ll know how action-packed and competitive the day is, but we just know this unique burger extravaganza is going to be off the charts!
"Maybe we’ll see you there?"
