When I was unable to climb the steps to Lloyd’s Bank as it was then, I had to conduct my business with a member of staff on the pavement outside as did other clients of Lloyd’s Bank.

This did not provide us with the privacy we deserved.

OTHER NEWS:

I complained to the bank but nothing was done to remedy the situation.

I was appalled to learn that this building was to become the banking hub when there seemed to be more suitable places.

This is blatant disregard for the needs of people with disabilities.
