NEWTOWN Rugby Club players will be doing their part for the efforts to enhance facilities at the Recreation Ground on Sunday.
The club, along with Newtown Tennis Club and Newtown Cricket Club, are part of the efforts to raise enough funds to bring facilities at the venue into the 21st century with plans to build a community health and wellbeing centre.
Players will take on 72 holes at the nearby St Giles Golf Club and cover around 23 miles on Sunday.
