A Grade II-listed pub in Powys that dates back to the 1700s has been put on the market.
The Green Inn, located in Llangedwyn, near Llanfyllin is currently up for sale at a price of £485,000.
The listed building was first established in 1740, once being the geographical centre of the Montgomeryshire village.
The pub re-opened in 2014 following refurbishment throughout the interior after being closed for a number of years.

It is being represented by estate agents Sidney Phillips, who described the property as a "period, character, Grade II-listed premises" which is made of stone with colour washed elevations under a pitched slate roof, and is "presented in good order throughout, with many characterful features on display".
“It offers four trading areas over two floors, and has the benefit of an excellent trade garden with outstanding views overlooking the rural Tanat Valley.
“Trading under the same family ownership for a number of years, it has more recently has been let to a third party.
“The tenants are still in place, but vacant possession is available upon completion.”
The pub features four separate trading areas over two floors, as well as three bedrooms and a lawned beer garden, and a large car park.
