A scheduled road closure on the A483 for resurfacing works has been rescheduled after a period of heavy rain.
As part of a series of maintenance and resurfacing works that will be affecting the A483 between Dolfor and Llanbadarn Fynydd over the first two weeks of July, the road was scheduled to be closed in both directions on Tuesday, July 9.
However, the works have now been cancelled due to issues with the weather and rescheduled for the following day.

As a result, the road will now be closed on Wednesday, July 10, between 8am and 8pm, as work will now take place under a full road closure in both directions.
Narrow sections of carriageway will require a full closure of the A483 and a signed diversion route will be in place for all traffic to ensure a safe working area for operatives.
Other scheduled disruptions include lane work involving traffic management, lane closure and convoy working with a 10mph speed limit in place July 15 and July 16, as well as another scheduled full closure on July 12.
