Former Wales and British Lions star Mike Philips has announced that he will be lacing up his boots yet again as a special guest player in a charity match at the Heart of Wales 7s tournament near Llanidloes alongside Ospreys winger Hanno Dirksen and Powys’ Andy Powell.
