An injured mountain biker was treated by rescue teams after having a fall on a Powys hillside
Brecon Mountain Rescue Team were called out to hill near Knighton on Friday (May 24) to a mountain biker who was in need of pain relief and medical care.
The Rescue team were called out to transport a Welsh Ambulance service paramedic to the scene to assess the rider and administer pain relief.

The Rescue Team then got the rider on to a Land Rover and transported them to safety where they received further medical assistance.
A spokesperson Brecon Mountain Rescue Team said: “The Team were called by Dyfed-Powys Police to an injured Mountain Biker in the Knighton area.
“The team transported Welsh Ambulance Service Paramedic to the scene, who treated the casualty and administered pain relief.
"The casualty was then transported off the hill in the team Land Rover. We wish them a speedy recovery.”
