Lake Vyrnwy Hotel up for sale for first time in decades

The hugely popular hotel is on the market for the first time since the 1980s in what agents Christie & Co called an “exceptional opportunity”.

The hotel was last bought by the Bisiker family in 1987, who are only the third owners of the hotel in its history.

In that time the hotel underwent some major refurbishments, and in 1995, they added eight large and luxurious bedrooms, as well as a conference and banqueting suite. But now the owners feel it is time to move on.

The hotel is being sold freehold off a guide price of £7,500,000.
