A seagull and a rook were the victims in the unknown incidents at Bow Street, Dyfed-Powys Police say.
In a message published to the social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, the force's rural crime team said: "Wildlife incident - Bow Street.
"The team are investigating the deaths of two birds (Rook & a Seagull) at the same location which occurred recently, over a two week period.
"Causes of deaths undetermined, however initial info suggest not natural causes. Any info contact the team."
