A Powys man will face a crown court trial over an allegation that he sexually assaulted a woman by touching without her consent.
Martin Scott, 49, denied the charge when he appeared before a judge at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court on Friday, April 19.
The prosecution alleges that he sexually assaulted a woman in Brecon on November 18, 2022.
His Honour Judge Simon Mills set the date for the trial, which is expected to last four days, as December 16.
The judge also granted Scott, of Newgate Street, Llanfaes, conditional bail not to contact the woman.
