Drivers have been told that a busy main road south of Newtown has reopened in both directions after reports that a car was on its roof.
The A483 was closed in both directions between Dolfor and Llanbadarn Fynydd following a collision at around 5.30pm on Friday (April 5).
A witness said that the people involved in the crash were out of the vehicle and "looked OK".
It is understood that three police vehicles responded to the incident and were waiting for a fire crew to arrive shortly after 5.30pm.
It was been reported that there would be delays along the road with motorists turning back on their intended route.
Shortly before 9.15pm, Traffic Wales shared on social media the road along the Montgomeryshire-Radnorshire border had reopened in both directions following the collision.
Earlier on Friday evening travel monitoring site Inrix said "traffic is coping well" following the crash which happened between the Knighton turn-off in Dolfor and the Pentre turn-off.
