‘We are going to need a source of electricity that does not pollute our atmosphere’

Wind Farms fail all of these requirements.
So we have, for many years, gone along the Windfarms path – skirting around, not addressing the problems with breaks to opponents, unrealistic solutions, problems created, fears, lies and partial truths designed to keep the masses on track.

All this with the total non-mention that the wind farm track will wipe out flourishing sections of our economy.
Mid Wales already has a stable, growing, profitable, aesthetic home industry in tourism.
The wind farm lobby produced a fully drawn up map of the areas of mid Wales land they wished to attack within 24 hours of the ban on onshore wind being lifted.
Windfarms only take a short time to be functional but the ‘sinks they destroy take years to recover – if ever.
They argue ‘our plans would give much power to urban areas’ - which bring us tourism, remember tourists come to mid Wales for its natural beauty, unspoiled by development.
The future call is clear – ‘Come to Mid Wales and see modern industry - hundreds of giant turbines designed to help light your homes – you may have to go somewhere else on holiday.”
