The Tory newsletter has arrived and it castigates the Lib-Dems and Labour for breaking a promise on Council Tax Rises.
What caused those rises?
1. On 10 Feb 2016:Craig Williams voted to set the main central government grant to local government for 2016-17 at a level 24.6% lower than it was set for 2015-16.

2. On 22 Feb 2017:Craig Williams voted to set the main central government grant to local government for 2017-18 at a level 44% lower than it was set for 2016-17.
These reductions are reflected in the Barnet Formula’s payment to Wales.
That is a huge reduction.
