A woman accused of drink driving in a village near Newtown will face trial later this year after pleading not guilty to the offence.
Kathleen Clayton, aged 41, was driving an Audi Q2 when she was stopped by police along the A489 in Kerry on August 23 last year.
She is alleged to have had 62 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Clayton, who lives in the Kerry area, pleaded not guilty after she was asked to stand and confirm her name, date of birth and address before the charge was read out.
Clayton's next appearance will be at Welshpool Magistrates' Court for a trial on June 24.
